- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Prepare the Pork Chops:
- Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the pork chops lightly in flour, shaking off any excess.
- Cook the Pork Chops:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Make the Sauce:
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in onion powder, chicken broth, and white wine (if using), scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
- Reduce heat to low and mix in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, basil, parsley, and oregano. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Combine:
- Return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon the sauce over them.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Serve:
- Serve the pork chops warm, topped with the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce. Pair with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or a crisp salad.
